Dehydrated Bananas

If you’re sick of making banana bread every time your bananas are too ripe, this is the recipe for you. Easy, delicious, and you don’t even need a dehydrator.

Ingredients:

Ripe bananas (as many as you want!)

Cinnamon (optional)

Preheat the oven to 175°F Convection and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the bananas into 1/4 inch slices. You can cut them into long slices, circular slices, spears, whatever you want.

Place the banana slices on the lined baking sheet, lightly sprinkle with cinnamon if desired, then bake in the preheated oven for 4-8 hours, depending on how chewy you want your bananas. They will be chewier the less you bake them. I baked mine for about 6 hours.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
