Dijon Mustard

Ingredients:

1/2 cup whole mustard seeds

1/4 cup white grape juice or white wine

2/3 cup white wine vinegar or white vinegar

Combine all the ingredients into a jar or airtight container. Let sit in the fridge overnight. The next day, pour the mixture into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until your desired consistency. Put the mustard into a sanitized jar or airtight container and let it sit in the fridge for 24 hours before using. Should last for a year in the fridge.
