Mango Fruit Leather
We have a surplus of mango over here but we aren’t complaining! This fruit leather turned out so yummy and you don’t need any special equipment.
Blend up a bunch of mango. Fresh is best, but frozen could work too. Just let it thaw completely first. And any fruit could work!
Line a sheet pan with a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper. Pour enough mango purée on the lined pan to create a thin layer. No more than 1/4 inch thick.
Place the pan in a preheated oven set to 150°F. Bake anywhere from 4-8 hours, it all depends on your oven and the fruit. You’ll know it’s done when the fruit layer doesn’t stick to your fingers. Remove from the oven, peel off the silicone baking sheet or parchment paper, and cut into strips. Store in layers of parchment paper in a cool, dry place.
